Mini Case Study – SuDS

Based in Berkshire, Scofell Landscapes became a Wildflower Turf Accredited Partner back in September 2018.
We’ve recently assisted them with a development in Fleet, Hampshire, with the project in question incorporating Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).
Overall we supplied Scofell Landscapes with  2,055m² of SuDS turf and 330m² of Landscape Turf for their Edenbrook project.
Edenbrook is a development by Berkeley Homes with a selection of distinctive high specification homes in Fleet, bordering a highly desirable setting of an 82 acre country park, open green space and woodland.
A management plan was drawn up by Berkeley Homes and approved by Hart District Council to maintain and enhance the area. Scofell Landscapes were brought in originally to maintain the country park which included large open spaces, footpaths and ponds.
Edenbrook is an ongoing project for Scofell Landscapes, and remedial work (after other services have left the site) will continue for some time to come. We’ll aim to keep you updated with this project over time and look forward to sharing images of our SuDS Turf in situ.
